Orville Mudd

Orville Eugene Mudd, age 77 of Leitchfield, passed away Sunday, October 13th 2019, at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center. He was born March 6th 1942, in Grayson County, Kentucky, the son of Estel & Edna Higdon Mudd. He was a farmer and member of the Caney Creek United Baptist Church. He is survived by his brothers, Russell Mudd (Mary Ann), Gerald Mudd (Theresa), Robert Mudd (Roberta), & Charles Mudd. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dianna Mudd, one brother, Winfred Mudd, and one sister, Winnie May Jennette. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 16th 2019, at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Pleasant Union Baptist Church Cemetery (AKA Wilson Cemetery) in Caneyville. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m., Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
