Cheryl Marie Hooper

Cheryl Marie Hooper, age 58 of Big Clifty, passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at her residence. She was born on March 5, 1966, in New Hartford, New York the daughter of the late Robert Hooper and Janice Stolarczyk Hooper Jones.

Cheryl had a love for animals, especially horses and Corgi dogs. Her favorite past time was training and showing her horses. She was originally from New York but her love for Kentucky and her farm was immeasurable.

Left to honor Cheryl’s memory are her companion of 36 years, Shawn Robert Fenton and her brother, Robert Hooper and his wife Angel, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has been chosen.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her Corgi Fund. Donations may be mailed to Cheryl Hooper Memorial Fund, c/o Leitchfield Funeral Home, 2373 Elizabethtown Road, Leitchfield, Kentucky 42754.
